The LF 5L, a tool engineered for seeking the uncomfortable. Our first running vest features a tension system that eliminates bounce, an integrated pole quiver and ice tool carry, and capacity for up to 3L of hydration. This vest was created so runners can go further. A 100% DyneemaⓇ mesh base adds breathability while significantly reducing weight and maintaining tension under load. This is the first vest we want to run in. The LF 5L comes with two 600mL HydraPak® flasks.

Engineered Systems Elevating the Freedom of Human Powered Movement
No-Bounce Experience
A tension system eliminates flask bounce. The chest closure system connects to the flask pockets, so when the vest is tightened, compression across the flasks is increased.
3L Water Capacity
The LF 5L accommodates up to 3L of hydration at maximum capacity: 5x 600mL flasks distributed across the front flask pockets, rear pocket system, and the lower passthrough pocket.
Flex Carry System
Two vertical rear pockets adapt to your objective. An integrated, no-bounce pole quiver, additional flasks, multiple layers, ice socks, or an ice axe. Internal snaps close off a portion of each compartment to keep smaller gear accessible, and release to allow full carry of poles or longer items.
