FAQ

Raide offers a 5 year warranty on all manufacturing defects. Please submit a warranty request by contacting support@raideresearch.com. Include photos or video of the issue, along with your original order number or proof of purchase, and a complete and correct shipping address.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, with tags still on, and in resellable condition for the return to be accepted. 

Raide offers free returns for customers in the US for full price products. Discounted purchases are still eligible for return, however the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the final refund value.

If you’re located in Europe, Canada, or anywhere else in the world, please submit a return through our returns portal and then reach out to support@raideresearch.com to receive a return label.

A flat rate handling fee of $10 USD for our Canadian customers and $40 USD for our European customers will be deducted from the return upon processing. If you prefer to provide your own return label, we will waive the handling fee. 

Once the return is received back to its original destination, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.

You may set up a return through our online portal.

Please keep in mind that our running belts, trail shorts, and base layers are designed to fit tight out of the box, but should relax after a few wears. Items must be in new and unused condition to be accepted for a return.

To set up an exchange, please submit a return for a refund or store credit. This can then be applied to a new order at your convenience.

Yes! We prefer to repair when possible and work closely with a repair shop in the US. For customers outside of the US, we offer a repair reimbursement program for any repair that is approved by our team. We’re happy to provide guidance and set up a repair for you, if your item qualifies. Please email support@raideresearch.com to submit a repair request. Include your photos or video of the issue, original order number or proof of purchase, and your complete and correct shipping address.

Yes! 

For orders shipping to the US: Orders greater than $125 in value qualify for free shipping, free returns/exchanges and no tariffs.

For orders shipping to Canada/EU: Orders will have reduced shipping, reduced flat rate returns/exchanges, no duty and no VAT. Product availability will differ by region and is accurately reflected on site. 

For countries outside the US, EU and Canada, including UK, Norway, Switzerland: We ship globally from our US and European warehouses. The customer will be responsible for duty and VAT when the order arrives at the destination.

Generally orders will be shipped within one business day of being placed. Orders that are placed with overnight or 2 day shipping before 11am MT will ship the same day. Please keep in mind that shipping timelines are subject to delay without notice. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

LF 2L

We recommend washing the LF2L in warm soapy water and letting it air dry. We do not recommend washing it in a washing machine.

LF 30 / LF 40

The pack should be spot cleaned with soap and water. It should not be machine washed.​

TourTech Bibs and Shell

The TourTech Bibs should be washed with a detergent like Nikwax Tech Wash or something for waterproof breathables on a delicate cycle and then dried on low heat or air dried.

Products are manufactured in Indonesia and Vietnam. Working conditions of all factories are inspected and verified in person by in-house employees.
