What is your warranty policy?
Raide offers a 5 year warranty on all manufacturing defects for packs and 3 years on apparel. Our products are made to be used in the most extreme conditions and we stand by the durability, but it are lightweight products and must be treated as such. Submit a warranty request through the contact form.
What is your return policy?
Raide offers free returns for customers in the US. For orders outside of the US the customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product and be unused, with tags still on, in re-sellable condition. Once received the product cost will be refunded within 3-5 days. Contact info@raideresearch.com to make a return or exchange.
How do I make a return?

Will the preorders ship on time?
The purchase order is commited and the factory has commited to shipping our product early November. We take delivering product on time very serious and will provide weekly updates to everyone that has ordered.
Why should I trust a new brand?
We think the fact that we are a new brand is what makes us dangerous. We are happy to build great products for smaller audiences than the big brands. However, we are using the same factory as many reputable brands with more advanced fabrics that leads to a much more durable product at a lower pricepoint than other brands on the market.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally, but do not offer free shipping or free returns. The customer will be responsible for VAT when the order arrives at the destination.
How do I wash the pack?
The pack should be spot cleaned with soap and water. It should not be machine washed.
Where is the pack made?
The pack is made in Vietnam at Pungkook, one of the best pack factories in the world.
Do you offer pro deals?
We made this pack for mountain professionals. Raide offers 20% off for industry professionals. Please submit your pro-deal request using the Contact Us form. Returns for pro deal purchases are at the customer's expense.
