We concentrated the down to your core, where your body needs it most to maintain warmth, and use less down per chamber in the arms so you still get some warmth, without sacrificing mobility and hopefully freeing you from the Michelin man experience we've all had.
UltraLight, UltraWarm
At just 236g, we built an ultralight down jacket with the highest warmth to weight ratio on the market. The 1,000 fill goose down weighs 97g, making up 41% of the overall jacket weight.

Elasticized Cuffs
Seal in the warmth. Elasticized cuffs and a thumb loops keep drafts out at the openings, so the heat you're generating stays where it belongs and moving between layers is seamless.
Stow Pocket
Packs into itself. An integrated stow pocket lets the Bomber pack down small enough to live at the bottom of your pack every tour, so there's no excuse to leave it behind.
expeDRY Down
The Bomber uses 1,000-fill expeDRY goose down from Allied Feather + Down. Rather than a chemical DWR coating, expeDRY bonds non-toxic gold particles directly to the down clusters, which weakens the hydrogen bonds in water molecules so moisture evaporates faster, without heat and without the chemicals found in traditional treated down. That means better loft, better warmth, and a jacket that dries out faster if it gets wet.
