Well considered piece of apparel

GREAT product, and the intention behind the product is very clear and considered!

PROS:
-Fabric seam reinforcements at every junction/intersection (like in wetsuits).
-Sturdy but very light weight
-Integrated liner that does not bounce and it comes with a flask.
-Style, colors, etc on brand with the rest of the scene.
-The integrated liner does not stick out past the hem of the shorts... finally!!!
-Works great w/ 2L race belt.
-Shipping was was very fast
-Very high quality product
-Video narrator is pumped and ready to go!

CONS:
-The waistband was/is some work! Its a made with a sturdy material but it lacks some stretch or the ability to recompose itself after it stretches out. (imagine a well worn leather belt that has become curvilinear/ gestural after years of wear)
-The liner was a bit snug (compressive) and have a narrow cuff that rolled up, maybe a wider or less compressive cuff would keep in place. (its important to say that I have the thighs of a size large and the wist of a small, this is not a new situation for my body type, I expect this.)
-Expensive but delivers! (I used the 2l race belt and shorts for a 50k and 25k.)

Lastly, I would recommend this product/brand and will be purchasing more as needed. The product is well conceived and executed and I hope the quality can be maintained.

Best shorts ever

Had a small probleme with one of the seams and they were kind and answered fast. That's why i like this brand so much. They don't sacrifice the human aspect while innovating. Thank you Raide, those shorts are amazing.

Storage works better than advertised

Takes a little getting used to when using with the belt, but once everything is in place, the pockets for the 360ml flasks work incredibly well even with a half full soft flask. I will probably end up getting a second pair. Have about 100 trail and scrambling miles in them with no visible wear.

Raide means steep in, inspired by what makes mountain objectives the most memorable to us. Raide makes premium equipment for efficient human-powered movement in the mountains.
