What is your warranty policy?
Raide offers a 5 year warranty on all manufacturing defects for packs and 3 years on apparel. Our products are made to be used in the most extreme conditions and we stand by the durability, but it are lightweight products and must be treated as such. Submit a warranty request through the contact form.
What is your return policy?
Raide offers free returns for customers in the US for full price products. For sale products customers can still generate a label with our return portal, but the label cost will be deducted from the return. For orders outside of the US return labels are available through our return portal, but the label expense will be deducted from the return amount. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product and be unused, with tags still on, in re-sellable condition. Once received the product cost will be refunded within 3-5 days. How do I make a return?

Will the preorders ship on time?
The purchase order is commited and the factory has commited to shipping our product early November. We take delivering product on time very serious and will provide weekly updates to everyone that has ordered.
Why should I trust a new brand?
We think the fact that we are a new brand is what makes us dangerous. We are happy to build great products for smaller audiences than the big brands. However, we are using the same factory as many reputable brands with more advanced fabrics that leads to a much more durable product at a lower pricepoint than other brands on the market.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally, but do not offer free shipping or free returns. The customer will be responsible for VAT when the order arrives at the destination.
How do I wash the pack?
The pack should be spot cleaned with soap and water. It should not be machine washed.
Where is the pack made?
The pack is made in Vietnam at Pungkook, one of the best pack factories in the world.
Do you offer pro deals?
We made this pack for mountain professionals. Raide offers 20% off for industry professionals. Please submit your pro-deal request using the Contact Us form. Returns for pro deal purchases are at the customer's expense.
What is your shipping timeline?
Generally orders will be shipped within one business of being placed. Orders that are placed overnight or 2 day before 11 am MT will go out same day. If you need your order by a specific date please reach out to us at support@raideresearch.com.
Where are your products manufactured?
We product products in Indonesia and Vietnam.
Are your products ethically manufactured?
We inspect and verify the working conditions of all of our factories in person with in house employees.
Do you have a repair program?
Yes! We have a in house repair facility and our warehouse, that can handle basic repairs, and then we outsource to specialist repair shops in different regions globally when a repair is too complex for our in-house team.
