Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, with tags still on, and in resellable condition for the return to be accepted.
Raide offers free returns for customers in the US for full price products. Discounted purchases are still eligible for return, however the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the final refund value.
If you’re located in Europe, Canada, or anywhere else in the world, please submit a return through our returns portal and then reach out to support@raidresearch.com to receive a return label.
A flat rate handling fee of $10 USD for our Canadian customers and $40 USD for our European customers will be deducted from the return upon processing. If you prefer to provide your own return label, we will waive the handling fee.
Once the return is received back to its original destination, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.
